Sandwich shop
An online ordering site for your sandwich shop
Your real customer is not the passer-by, it is the office of twelve people two streets away. Which only works if they can order some other way than by ringing you twelve times in a row.
€297 setup and €97 a month. No lock-in, no commission.
The order for the office
One person orders for the whole floor. The quantities, the fillings, a note on each sandwich, one pickup, one payment. And if she gives a valid company number, her PDF invoice writes itself. There is no shared basket in which everybody adds his own: one person is ordering for the others.
Lunch gets booked ahead
Up to fifteen days. The kitchen knows what it has to make before it walks in, and your opening hours close the ordering when you decide.
Fillings chosen line by line
Bread, base, salad, sauce, extras. Every combination carries its own price, and nobody has to do sums in his head at the counter.

What commission costs, in your shop
A hundred orders,
average order €9
For a lot of businesses in your trade, that is an ordinary month. At the rate Uber Eats publishes when you deliver yourself, the lowest on the Belgian market, here is how it works out.
On a platform
€108
of commission a month, at 12% on €900 of sales
With Food It Be
€97
of subscription a month, whatever your volume
That is €132 staying with you over a year. Are your figures different? Run the numbers with yours.
The questions we get
Three straight answers
Companies want an invoice. Do you generate it?
Yes, as soon as the customer enters a valid company number. The PDF invoice is then written for you, VAT details included, and he downloads it from his tracking link. You have nothing to send.
I already deliver round the neighbourhood by bike. Can that be handled?
You choose the municipalities you serve, each with its fee and its minimum order. Food It Be does not supply couriers: the delivery is yours to organise, exactly as it is today, but with legible addresses and the money already in.
And if a customer wants to pay on delivery?
You are the one who decides whether payment on handover is allowed, and you can change your mind whenever you like. Common practice is to keep it for pickup and take it off delivery.

Try it yourself,
with nothing to install
A demo pizzeria is waiting for you, already filled in, with several years of orders behind it. You walk into it as if it were your own. Nothing to install, nothing to prepare, and nobody chases you afterwards.
