Assumption: 100 orders a month at €25, delivered by you. Uber Eats publishes 12% for that arrangement on its Belgian page; 13% is the rate observed at Takeaway.com. If the platform delivers in your place, it takes 29% to 30%. But then it provides the couriers, and we do not. Transaction fees not included: at Mollie, €0.39 per Bancontact payment whatever the amount, and 1.80% to 3.25% on cards depending on the type. Mollie invoices those to you, here as anywhere else.
