The site www.foodit.be is published by ZIXAR SRL, a limited liability company incorporated under Belgian law. Food It Be is a trading name of ZIXAR SRL: these are not two separate companies, but a commercial name under which ZIXAR carries on its business of developing online ordering solutions.

Hosting
The site is hosted by Cyber Technology SRL, trading under the commercial name StrictlyHosting, company and VAT number BE 0474 407 105. The servers are located in the European Union.
The technical administration of the servers, their configuration, their updates and their backups are carried out directly by ZIXAR SRL. Cyber Technology supplies the infrastructure and the connectivity; operation is not delegated to a third-party provider.
Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its texts, its visual identity, its illustrations and the online ordering software presented here are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
The trade marks and logos cited for the purposes of comparison, in particular those of the delivery platforms, belong to their respective holders. They are mentioned solely for information and objective comparison, with no commercial link or partnership.
Accuracy of the information
The prices, features and lead times announced on this site are those in force on the date of last update shown at the top of the page. They may change.
The commission rates of the delivery platforms cited in the comparison are figures recorded in August 2026 from public sources and partner contracts. They are given for guidance only. In Belgium these rates are for the most part negotiated business by business and are not systematically published: only the contract you have signed with the platform concerned is authoritative for your business. The results of the commission calculator are an estimate, not a contractual commitment.
