Patisserie
An online ordering site for your patisserie
A birthday cake is ordered for a date, not for a time slot. And the customer never asks how long it takes, he asks whether you can have it ready for Saturday.
€297 setup and €97 a month. No lock-in, no commission.
The date comes first
The customer picks his pickup slot inside your opening hours, up to fifteen days ahead. Whatever you cannot take on, you mark sold out, and he stops seeing it.
The details that count
Number of portions, the message on the plaque, allergens to keep away from. It all arrives in writing, and nothing gets lost between the shop and the workroom.
A deposit, if you want one
A last minute cancellation is expensive on a cake made to order. You decide, service mode by service mode, whether online payment is required or whether the customer settles when he collects.
What you can set
Fitted to the way
you actually work

What commission costs, in your shop
A hundred orders,
average order €30
For a lot of businesses in your trade, that is an ordinary month. At the rate Uber Eats publishes when you deliver yourself, the lowest on the Belgian market, here is how it works out.
On a platform
€360
of commission a month, at 12% on €3,000 of sales
With Food It Be
€97
of subscription a month, whatever your volume
That is €3,156 staying with you over a year. Are your figures different? Run the numbers with yours.
The questions we get
Three straight answers
Some pieces need three days, others are ready the same day.
Not product by product: the preparation time is the one set for your business, and the slots follow from it. For the pieces that need three days, the usual way is to sell them as an order placed ahead, up to fifteen days, and to say so in the description. It is a real limit, and we would rather tell you before you sign than after.
How do I handle a quotation for a tiered cake?
Selling on a quotation is not in the product. So a tiered cake is dealt with the way you deal with it today, over the phone, and the site takes care of everything else. If you want to sell it online, it needs a price and a size.
The photos of my cakes matter. What quality do they keep?
Images are converted automatically into a light format and shown large. You can replace them yourself, whenever you like, from your own screen.

Try it yourself,
with nothing to install
A demo pizzeria is waiting for you, already filled in, with several years of orders behind it. You walk into it as if it were your own. Nothing to install, nothing to prepare, and nobody chases you afterwards.
