What is not in there
The transaction fees from your payment provider, billed by them and not by us. Delivery, which you organise. And the à la carte services: photo shoot, Google Ads, social media, search engine optimisation, visual identity. Separate quote, never imposed.
Option
The phone rings.
You key it in on the same screen.
Between a quarter and a third of orders come in by phone. Today they exist nowhere in your software: not on the service screen, not in the end-of-day close, not on the loyalty card of the regular who has just called. A good part of your business is invisible.
- The number first: if the customer is already there, their name, address and last orders fill themselves in
- Your menu in big buttons, on the same screen as the orders from the site
- The ticket goes to the kitchen the usual way
- The loyalty stamp is credited, whatever the payment method
- The order goes into the end-of-day close and into your statistics
- Pickup or delivery, with the payment methods you allow
Add-on €10/month excluding VAT, per business and not per screen
You open it on the counter computer, on a tablet and on your phone: it is the same subscription. Nothing to install, nothing to rent.
What this is not
A registered cash register system. There is no fiscal data module, and nothing is sent to the FPS Finance. If your business goes over €25,000 a year in meals eaten on the premises, drinks excluded, your sales must keep going through your white cash register. Takeaway and delivery do not count towards that threshold. If in doubt, your accountant settles it in two minutes.

Your time

The questions we get
Straight answers
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay for the month, and you stop whenever you like. We would rather keep you because the site earns you money than because a clause holds you. That is easy to say, so here is something to check: some Belgian software houses tie their bespoke customers into sixty irrevocable months, with six months of notice by registered letter and a termination fee, while their pricing page says “no surprises”. Read the terms and conditions before you sign, with us as anywhere else.
I have two shops. How does that work?
One subscription per shop, today. Each one has its own site, its own menu, its own opening hours and its own admin, which is the right split as soon as the two shops do not sell the same thing. What does not exist yet: one interface for both, with turnover consolidated or split, whichever you want to see. That is in preparation, and we put no date on it until it is built.
When do you answer?
Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 6pm. The weekend is your biggest day: that is when a problem costs the most, and when most providers are closed. Write to us in those hours and you get an answer, not a ticket number.
Does the price move if I sell more?
No. That is the whole point.
Who takes the money?
You do. You open your own account with a payment provider (Mollie or Stripe) in your own name. Payments land there and are paid out to your bank account. Your money never passes through our hands, and that is not a commercial choice: Belgian law would not allow it.
And delivery?
It stays yours to organise and to pay for. We do not supply couriers. If you already deliver yourself, nothing changes except that you stop paying commission on it. If you depend today on a platform’s riders, take that into account in the sums: that service is one we do not replace.
And if I leave, what do I lose?
Your domain name goes with you, no argument. Your customer data and your orders are handed back. The site and the technology behind it stay ours, as with any software house. Ask your current provider the same question: the answer is often that the domain stays with them and the data is deleted.
Do you take a hidden commission on payments?
No. The account is yours: you see your provider’s fees in their own interface, and you can check every transaction without going through us.
A quote on one page
The price is already written down
You do not need a compulsory meeting to find it out: it is further up this page. The quote only confirms it, with your details on it.
