Export your data
Your data belongs to you. Take it whenever you want, from your customer area, in a single ZIP file.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
How to get it
In your customer area, open “Export your data”, then “Prepare my export”. The file is usually ready in less than a minute.
It can be downloaded for twenty-four hours, then it is erased from our servers. You can prepare a new one at any time, free of charge.
The export remains available if your shop is suspended, and after your contract ends.
What the file contains

Formats
- Tables are CSV files: semicolon separator, UTF-8 encoding with byte order mark. They open directly in Excel, Numbers or LibreOffice.
- Column headings and the README file are in the language of your account. File names do not change.
- A cell starting with =, +, - or @ is prefixed with an apostrophe, so that a spreadsheet never runs it as a formula.
- Your photos and logo are provided in their original format.
Until when
You can export your data until it is erased (article 14.2). If your shop remains inactive for six months from the first day without service, we erase your account and your data, and we notify you by email at least 30 days beforehand (article 14.3). Logging in to the customer area does not extend this period.
We then keep our invoices and the monthly statements of your sales for the legal period, currently seven years from 1 January of the year following the close of the financial year concerned. These statements contain no data about your customers (article 14.4).
Your responsibility
The file contains your customers’ personal data. You are responsible for it as soon as you have downloaded it: keep it safe and share it only with those who need it.
